Payroll Support Specialist

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years of intense experience in payroll processing using payroll software. Service Bureau, customer service and/or help desk experience preferred. Experience with Millennium software is a plus.
  • Ability to learn and grasp technical concepts. Understands software and how various screens relate to each other.
  • Communicates technical concepts clearly and efficiently. Can identify when the client is confused and needs clarification.
  • Organized and attentive to details. Completes multiple tasks and follows up on open items. Demonstrates a serious commitment to accuracy and quality while meeting goals or deadlines. Punctuality and good attendance record required.


Programmer Support Analyst

Requirements:

  • Experience with network troubleshooting, problem diagnosis and resolution.
  • Experience with operating system troubleshooting, problem diagnosis and resolution.
  • Knowledge of virtualization technologies and terminal server environments is required.
  • Knowledge in installation and maintenance of operating system software and related products including Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 2000, 2003, and 2008 Server, Microsoft Exchange Server, and Microsoft SQL Server 2000/2005/2008.
  • Knowledge of backup systems and storage technologies is required.
  • In depth knowledge in Microsoft Office products such as Visio, Project, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access is required.
  • Experience in procedural programming languages and techniques such as COM object model programming. Knowledge of C/C++/C#, Visual Basic (.NET) and web based programming languages such as ASP, CSS, HTML, PHP and XML is required.
  • Knowledge of SQL database maintenance, query structuring, stored procedures, indexes and database backup/restoration is required.
  • Experience with computing and networking protocols and standards such as TCP/IP, Ethernet, SMTP, IMAP, DNS, SSH, FTP, and SFTP is required.


Website Designer and Inbound Marketing Specialist

Requirements:

  • Experience in web design and knowledge of HTML, CSS, and programs such as Adobe Dreamweaver are required.
  • Experience with Adobe Design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, etc. is beneficial.
  • Experience with web analytic tools such as Google Analytics is preferred, but not required.
  • Must have an understanding of landing pages and website analytics to gather metrics to test effectiveness of content.
  • Experience with social media platforms, Content Management Systems, RSS feeds, email campaign software and blogging platforms such as WordPress is preferred.
