Custom Payroll Services Launches New Branding Initiative

Custom Payroll Services, one of the largest independent payroll providers in the Mid-Atlantic region, has launched a new branding initiative to differentiate itself from its national competitors.

Founded in 1995, Custom Payroll Services offers all the features and benefits of the larger national companies with the personalized service of a local provider. The company's philosophy, to provide the highest level of customer service supported by the very best in today's technology, has enabled it to maintain a 98 percent customer retention rate, which is unprecedented in the industry.

The branding initiative includes the introduction of a new logo that uses origami, the traditional art of hand-folding paper, to create a shape that mimics the structure of a C and a P. "The craftsmanship of origami reflects our hands-on approach and the customized service we provide," explains Martha Burman, CEO and founder of the company. "At the same time, the folds convey flexibility while the geometric shape conveys exactness and accuracy."

In addition to the new logo, the company created a new tagline that reflects its focus on precise and personalized service: "The flexibility you want. The accuracy you need." All of the company's sales and marketing materials have been given a completely new look that reflects this approach.

Custom Payroll Services provides payroll processing services to more than 400 companies, ranging in size from 25 to 2,000 employees. While most of the firm's clients are located in the Mid-Atlantic area, Custom Payroll has clients as far away as California, Texas and Florida.
